國(guó)家層面更重視群眾健康
加大體育產(chǎn)業(yè)扶植力度
早在2016年10月,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《健康中國(guó)“2030”規(guī)劃綱要》,提出“普及健康生活、優(yōu)化健康服務(wù)、完善健康保障、建設(shè)健康環(huán)境、發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)”五方面的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。突如其來(lái)的病毒,更是體現(xiàn)提高全民健康素質(zhì)的重要性。

面對(duì)此次疫情,國(guó)家體育總局主要在以下幾個(gè)方面采取措施,可見(jiàn)一斑:
一、 積極開(kāi)展國(guó)家體育消費(fèi)城市試點(diǎn)工作。加快推動(dòng)研制賽事活動(dòng)的安保、自然資源開(kāi)放等配套政策,推動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)實(shí)體化改革,釋放更多體育資源。
二、 鼓勵(lì)各地創(chuàng)新支持政策,包括加大政府采購(gòu)力度,利用體育產(chǎn)業(yè)引導(dǎo)資金,安排專(zhuān)項(xiàng)幫扶資金等,比如上海近期出臺(tái)了12項(xiàng)支持舉措,包括賽事補(bǔ)貼、減免場(chǎng)館租金等,非常“硬核”。
根據(jù)《全民健身計(jì)劃(2016-2020年)》,到2020年,參加體育鍛煉的人數(shù)將明顯增加,每周參加1次及以上體育鍛煉的人數(shù)達(dá)到7億,經(jīng)常參加體育鍛煉的人數(shù)達(dá)到4.35億,體育消費(fèi)總規(guī)模將達(dá)到1.5萬(wàn)億元。在政策的支撐下,即便受疫情影響,短期發(fā)展受挫,也不會(huì)改變其昂首向前的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。

個(gè)人層面更注重自身健康
全民健身奠定群眾基礎(chǔ)
突如其來(lái)的疫情讓人們認(rèn)識(shí)到了珍愛(ài)健康,積極運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要性。

彭維勇在發(fā)布會(huì)上也提到,此次疫情確實(shí)帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,催生了體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的一大熱點(diǎn),就是線上與線下的融合,這一趨勢(shì)在體育培訓(xùn)、健身休閑、場(chǎng)館服務(wù)等業(yè)態(tài)中尤為明顯,線上培訓(xùn)、直播健身等新模式快速發(fā)展。這些新業(yè)態(tài)、新模式、新消費(fèi)的不斷增長(zhǎng)對(duì)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展一定會(huì)有更大促進(jìn)作用。

以17年前的“非典”為例,那場(chǎng)血雨腥風(fēng)的疫情,不但改變了人們的生活方式和生活習(xí)慣,更讓大眾的體育訴求和健身熱情空前高漲開(kāi)來(lái)。非典過(guò)后人們發(fā)現(xiàn)體育場(chǎng)館一下子增多了起來(lái)、體育器械在自家的小區(qū)里就能見(jiàn)到、去健身房有教練指導(dǎo)的計(jì)劃性訓(xùn)練開(kāi)始成為時(shí)尚。
